- Is my personal information and data safe thru your service?
Yes, we would even say it is safer than dropping it off at a PC shop (ie. local, Best Buy or Circuit City). With our service your PC is never moved or out of your sight. You can sit back and watch us work on your screen. None of your data is really ever sent to us, we are just receiving pictures of your screen thru the internet. - Can you connect to our PC at any time?
No, our software (default) is designed to require the initiation of a session by the client. We need our customers to start a session for us to have access to you a PC. We can usually restart a computer and have it reconnect but this is only available to us while in session. Once our current service is complete and we close a support session we cannot start a new one without customer's assistance. - What form of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. When ordering thru our site you can pay with PayPal (with or without PayPal account), which is a great way to pay for online purchases. When paying thru PayPal your account information is never displayed to merchant. You can pay with credit card thru PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account.
If you prefer not to use PayPal, you can also pay using your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) by selecting "Credit Card" in payment method section.
