For the plans length (3 month minimum) we will clean your computer of virus, trojan & spyware infections, perform multiple virus scans and recommend a proper security protection solution (if needed), fix Windows Update (if needed).   All of this completely online, while you sit back and watch!!

This service is performed by an expert PC technician, not any automated software program that will likely fail.  Most infections evolve over time and software programs rely on old lists of possibly infected files, this makes them less effective against new virus/spyware infections or when there is a combination of active pc infections.

Customer will need to start our software and allow us to connect to their computer. After about 10 minutes customer will not need to be in front of infected pc.

Scheduling will be provided faster during weekday business hours (Pacific Time Zone) but customer can request weekend and/or after hour service, we will try to accomodate all requests given a few days range.

This is an online virus removal service and therefore requires an active internet connection.
Some infected computers will loose ability to use internet connection while others will not be able to view websites but can still receive emails thru Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Thunderbird and so on. Let our techs know of your current situation as there can be workarounds to damage caused by virus infections.

We will provide tools and support in order to try and get into your system to let us connect and start virus removal. Options vary depending on if your email still works or if you have a second pc available with a usb (flash) drive. Or even a second pc with a cd burner and an available blank disk.
