Service - Terms of Agreement:

- Customer is responsible for initial data protection by having a full and complete backup of current data.
- pcULTRAcare.com (PC Aid) will not be held responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) caused by any of our computer services and/or software programs provide by us. Data and/or programs can be lost due to errors by any hardware failure, software failure, incompatibilities and/or incorrect diagnosis. Customer is required to have current and complete backup before services are requested.
- Services will be scheduled thru email or phone communication, pcULTRAcare will not be held responsible for any damages (direct or indirect) caused by late and/or missed service appointments.
- We schedule appointments on a first come first served basis, but we will prioritize services depending on importance (business clients, system failures and so on).
