For the selected number of months you will be provided with unlimited online support sessions for each month.  Online support sessions can be used for Virus Removal, software troubleshooting and tune-ups.  These services will be performed online thru our remote support software and will usually be usually scheduled for off-hours depending on availability (not intended for emergency services).  Our support software must be installed on computer covered with care plan, delays can happen if software is uninstalled.

Plan includes up to 1 hour per 3 months of phone services (hourly service/instruction/training services), once they are used up (examples: 1 phone session for the 3 month plan or 4 phone sessions per 1yr plan) you will be given a special price for our hourly services (hourly service/instruction/training services) of 50% our regular price.

Plus every 3 months we will give your computer a general tune-up, virus scan, rootkit scan plus install any updates that are missing (for operating system and major software with security patches).  These will also be usually scheduled during off business hours depending on tech availability.

**NEW** We will also include 10GB of secure online backup storage.  Now you can protect your valuable data securely at an offsite location, providing you with data protection in case of natural disaster, fire, flood or theft.  We will setup backup software and scheduling for you with your needs in mind.  Storage size can be increased as needed by purchasing additional storage.
